By accessing or using the Hormone Reset Method™ platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

PROGRAM ACCESS & LICENSE

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Program content for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Program content.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at checkout. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within the timeframe specified at the point of sale. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time for future enrollments.

USER CONDUCT

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) share your account credentials with others; (c) redistribute, resell, or share Program content; (d) harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (f) use automated systems to access or interact with the Platform.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

If the Program includes community features (chat, forums, group sessions), you agree to communicate respectfully, maintain confidentiality of other participants' information, and refrain from sharing medical advice. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for violations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Hormone Reset Method™, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or Program, regardless of the theory of liability.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
