The Hormone Reset Method™ is an educational, nutrition, and lifestyle-based wellness program. No specific results related to weight, symptoms, hormones, health markers, or overall wellbeing are promised or implied. Progress depends on multiple factors including adherence, medical history, stress levels, sleep, lifestyle, and individual biology.

NUTRITION GUIDANCE & FOOD ALLERGIES

All menus, recipes, food lists, and nutrition guidance provided within the Program are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for identifying and managing any food allergies, intolerances, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions, reviewing all ingredients, and making appropriate substitutions. The Program and its creators assume no responsibility or liability for allergic reactions, adverse responses, or food-related complications.

DATA COLLECTION & CONFIDENTIALITY

To deliver the Program effectively, personal information may be collected, including but not limited to health questionnaires, lifestyle data, nutrition preferences, and participation-related information. All personal data is treated as strictly confidential and will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

DATA RETENTION

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be securely stored indefinitely for program continuity, internal research, improvement, education, and legal record-keeping purposes. You may request access to your data at any time; however, historical records may be retained even if active participation ends.

USE OF FEEDBACK, RESULTS & TESTIMONIALS

You acknowledge and agree that anonymized outcomes, progress trends, feedback, comments, and statements shared during or after the Program may be used for educational, research, or marketing purposes, provided that all personally identifiable information is removed. No names, images, voices, private messages, medical records, or identifying details will be used without explicit written consent. Any such use will reflect the integrity and original intent of the feedback and will not be presented in a misleading manner. Participation in the Program does not obligate you to provide feedback, and declining the use of anonymized feedback does not affect your access to or experience within the Program.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Program content, including but not limited to videos, documents, protocols, educational materials, and resources, is the intellectual property of Hormone Reset Method™ and may not be copied, shared, redistributed, or reproduced without written permission.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & RESPONSIBILITY

You confirm that your participation in the Program is voluntary, that you take full responsibility for your health decisions and actions, and that you understand the Program is educational in nature and not a substitute for medical care.
